Join BTTS Holdings, where we own and operate eight event venues, an in-house catering company, and an in-house floral company. We are looking to hire a full-time enthusiastic Wedding Coordinator.

As a Wedding Coordinator, you will collaborate with clients to ensure that their celebrations exceed expectations. From the time of booking, through the last dance, our coordinators are key to achieving the BTTS goal of creating and executing unforgettable events.

Responsibilities for candidate

· Understand the nuances of each BTTS venue

· Collaborate with clients to detail each aspect of their wedding

· Maintain positive working relationship with BTTS vendors

· Communicate all event details and invoices within management software

· Ensure all payments are collected from clients when due

· Event set up and execution from beginning to end, point of contact during events

· Focus on facility care and presentation

· Follow up with clients to secure feedback and reviews
