BUCCOS ROOFING is Hiring a Construction Site Manager Near Monroeville, PA
- Drivers License (required)
- Basic Computer and Smartphone knowledge (will provide app training)
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- In the field position and travel is a must
- Construction and Management experience preferred but willing to train
- Great communication and customer service skills (in person, phone, email)
- Must be able to and prepared to work in inclement weather
- Job site data entry and Photo Documentation of projects in real time
- Attention and Focus on Job Site Safety
- Ability to complete a project from the ordering phase to the final walkthrough
- Perform as a leader and be able to delegate tasks and work with others
- Establish new relationships and continue our current great working relationships with 3rd party vendors
