What You’ll Do On a Typical Day:

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans

• Source and screen candidates

• Coordinate w/Ops team to understand staffing needs

• Build relationships w/trucking associates and other industry partners to grow network

• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement

• Optimize recruiting strategies

• Stay up to date on recruiting trends and best practices

• Provide guidance/support to recruiting team members

Qualifications / Experience / Education:

• 5 years' experience in trucking industry

• Recruitment or sales experience preferred

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
