DESCRIPTION:
We have an immediate need for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience for our New York office.We are looking for candidates who are willing to litigate a diverse range of matters including business disputes, general litigation and matrimonial matters in both State and Federal Courts.We are looking for a self-starter with excellent research and writing skills.This position offers the opportunity for client interaction, on-your-feet court experience and direct involvement in every aspect of litigation including discovery, depositions, brief writing and trial.Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and previous experience litigating in New York state and/or federal courts.NY Bar required.
