Position Overview:This is a fast-paced role that leans heavily on general accounting, finance, and administration-related tasks. Loan collection support functions and corresponding data entry play a secondary role. Must be good with technology and have the ability to adapt and change cheerfully and quickly. The role is in the office Monday-Friday. We treat our team members with great respect and provide them with all the tools to be successful and complete their tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Opening & sorting all mail.
- Creating invoices for sold products.
- Processing product sale payments and repaying corresponding funding sources.
- Enter all OTC buys for Buchroeders into Quickbooks
- Take daily deposits to the bank.
- Invoice filing.
- Entering all invoices for all company divisions.
- Reconciling credit card & vendor statements.
- Managing staff credit card expense reporting.
- All staff supply ordering management.
- Extended jewelry warranty ongoing clerical and bookkeeping.
- Buchroeders daily business processing spreadsheet updates.
- Answer the phones.
- Data entry associated with loan collections.
- Posting automatic loan payments in software.
- New loan customer account set up.
- Assisting in accounting file organization.
- Accepting loan payments and answering account balance questions.
- Pull monthly software reporting.
- IN OFFICE-stellar attendance is a must.
- Highly organized, efficient & detail oriented.
- Take initiative and be proactive to anticipate and solve issues
- Team player, positive, and reliable.
- High sense of urgency in combination with high accuracy work production.
- Ability to work at a fast pace independently, based on set instructions
- Proactive communicator with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to grow and evolve with the company.
- Skills & Experience Needed
- Solid & verifiable tracking record of office related accounting functions.
- AP/AR experience is a plus.
- Scores well on financial/accounting assessments given.
- Solid understanding and experience in QuickBooks and Excel.
