Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers professionally and courteously.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate sales and build long-term loyalty.
• Act as an expert in luxury jewelry products and services, offering guidance and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the production team to source diamonds and finalize setting designs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to support business growth.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability for customers.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information in an organized manner in the CRM program.
• Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention.
• Continuously adapt to evolving business needs and growth opportunities.
• Support other areas of the business as needed.

Qualifications:

• A background in sales or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Initial salary guarantee, or 13% of the gross profit your sales produce, whichever is greater. Earned production overages are paid out on a monthly basis.
• Initial salary guarantee is $50-75K based on previous experience and track record. Our established sales team members consistently earn over $100K.
• One-week paid vacation, figured and paid at the same arrangement described above.
• The company will pay 50% of health and dental insurance costs. Insurance eligibility is on the 1st day of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
• Buchroeders offers a Simple IRA plan with an annual employer match of up to 3%. The plan entry date for the Simple IRA is January 1st.
