Buchroeders Jewelers, located in downtown Columbia, MO, is currently seeking a full-time Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a top-tier luxury bridal and diamond jewelry retailer, we are looking for a talented individual who can drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while embodying our brand values. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate sales and build long-term loyalty
• Act as an expert in luxury jewelry products and services, providing guidance and advice to clients
• Work closely with the production team to source diamonds and finalize setting designs
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to support business growth
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of products for customers
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Maintain accurate customer information in an organized manner in the CRM program
• Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention
• Continuously adapt to evolving business needs and growth opportunities
• Support other areas of the business as needed

Qualifications:

• A background in sales or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Career Objectives:

• Generate sales through effective client building and continual follow up.
• Oversee all facets of sales transactions.
• Maintain continuous client communication through sales cycle.
• Achieve $1 million in topline sales at a 50% margin in your first 12 months of employment.

• Position is five days a week in office, including Saturday’s which are crucial for success.

Compensation and Benefits:

Initial salary guarantee, or 13% of the gross profit your sales produce, whichever is greater. Earned production overages are paid out on a monthly basis. Initial salary guarantee is $50-75K based on previous experience and track record. Our established sales team members consistently earn over $100K.

Other Benefits:

One-week paid vacation, figured and paid at the same arrangement described above. The company will pay 50% of health and dental insurance costs. Insurance eligibility is on the 1st day of the month following a 60-day waiting period. Buchroeders offers a Simple IRA plan with annual employer match of up to 3%. The plan entry date for the Simple IRA is January 1st

Initial earning range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
