Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist in daily office tasks, such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and input data into relevant systems efficiently.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

Office Management: Keep the office environment organized, stocked, and welcoming for visitors and employees.

Requirements

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
