Here's what you'll be up to:

  • 1. Be the Talent Scout: You'll be leading the charge in recruiting and training for new store openings. We want our teams to be top-notch, and that starts with your guidance.
  • 2. Your District, Your Domain: Regular store visits in your district will be your thing. You'll be our eyes and ears in the field, bringing back insights to HQ that make our stores even better.
  • 3. Protecting Our Assets: Inventory and company assets are your precious cargo. Develop and enforce procedures that keep them safe and sound while also being the security champion.
  • 4. Drive Success Metrics: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are your playfield. Conversion rates, customer retention, sales growth, and labor costs – you'll own them and lead the charge to success.
  • 5. Team Builder: We're all about our people. You'll recruit, retain, and nurture a team of superstars who'll make Buck Mason proud.

Here's what we need from you:

  • 1. Retail Management Pro: You've got a track record of managing high-volume stores, ideally overseeing five or more locations.
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years of multi-store leadership or management experience.
  • 2. Natural Leadership: We want to see your exceptional leadership skills in action. Building and managing teams should be your second nature.
  • 3. Independent Operator: You're not just good at working independently; you excel at it.
  • 4. Data Whisperer: Crunching numbers and making data-driven decisions is your bread-and-butter.
  • 5. Team Player: You love collaborating with diverse teams and can communicate with all kinds of folks.
  • 6. Communication Master: Your communication skills are off the charts. You pay attention to the finest details even in the midst of a fast-paced environment.
  • 7. Organizational Genius: You're a pro at juggling tasks, prioritizing like a champ, and finding innovative solutions.
Here at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. In addition, your total compensation package will include an annual bonus based off of a % of each of your store's net profit.
