Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and disease prevention
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results as necessary
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and reports
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols

Skills:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care is preferred
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and health assessments
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and catheter care procedures
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation
- Ability to ventilate patients as needed
- Strong health coaching skills to educate patients on self-care practices
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
