Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of goods and inventory control. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory control - Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping issues - Customer service
- Utilize customized computer system to track inventory and shipments - Invoicing shipments - End of Month reporting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping helpful
- Strong 10key calculator skills helpful
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
- Good communication skills to interact with internal staff and external customers
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
