Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Kohler generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. From power generation to light construction to grounds care – we have the machines, equipment, parts, programs & service to help you get the job done.

Our Service Administrators are responsible for:

• Supporting the Service department with paperwork including billing and quoting
• Managing Corporate start-up accounts
• Processing internal orders for start-ups, quoting, and warranty processing
• Customer billing disputes
• Following up on quotes
• Pulling the tech jobs daily, match time to jobs, log scorecard date
• Purchasing order number follow-up
• Tracking open jobs orders for potential missed billing opportunities
• Populating and sending the weekly on-call list
• Maintaining petty cash box
• Achieving business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
• Identifying problems and providing alternative courses of action

Requirements

• Conforms with the core values of BPS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Above average math skills; able to calculate discounts, gross profit, percentages
• Capable of preserving confidential and sensitive material
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
• Computer skills including MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times including a professional appearance
• Must be able to pass a background check and periodic drug screens
