We are looking for a Marketing Manager to report into our Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing. This person will take the lead role on firm pitches and proposals. He or she will take ownership of design work done in house and on our website. The marketing manager will support the firm by developing and executing marketing plans in accordance with firm’s business development strategy; assist attorneys in enhancing their practices through Social Media, SEO, written materials for presentations and events, and in the design and selection of collateral given to their clients.
The Job responsibilities include:

• Writing and editing of marketing materials, RFPs, and the website
• Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Managing sponsorship and charitable opportunities
• Developing firm wide and individual marketing plans
• Assist in the development and management of the marketing and business development budget
• Managing and submitting attorney recognitions
• Graphic design & Brand management
• Photography and videography and working with vendor who do the same

We require:

• 5-8 years’ experience working in marketing, design, and writing in professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field
• A motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and also work as a contributing member to the firm’s phenomenal business development and marketing team. He or she will view our attorneys as internal customers and find great satisfaction in supporting them
