Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Payroll through ADP
- Monthly Invoicing
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve company goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems; experience with Deltek preferred.
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
