Our Dodge Chrysler Jeep service department is growing substantially, and we are looking to add Full-Time Express Service Advisor. We have created a great working environment with strong service advisors, a hands-on shop manager and many years of loyal customer base.

As an Hourly Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

The Express Service Advisor is responsible for managing the customer experience in the Express Service lane. The position requires excellent communication skills with customers AND service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations

Pay Range for this Position is $4,500 to $6,000 per month DOE
