Host/Host
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest relations skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is beneficial
