Seeking an experienced, full-service general manager to lead our restaurant team.

The General Manager is responsible for the successful daily operations and inspired leadership of the restaurant and team. She or he is responsible for building and maintaining a team that delivers on our service philosophy. The GM is responsible for delivering sales and profits with a strong commitment to creating and utilizing systems that support a people-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

· Ensures consistent execution of our high-quality food, drink, and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction. He or she creates a service-focused environment in which the guest leaves enthusiastic about the experience.

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Help create all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for the restaurant team.

· Responds positively and quickly to customer concerns. He or she corrects potential problems before they affect guests.

· Is the main point for contact for restaurant staff, shift leaders, and assistant managers regarding any and all things related to daily restaurant operations.

· Hires high quality shift leaders and team members who fit our company values and culture, and ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.

· Ensures all team members are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver a fantastic guest experience. Evaluates each team member’s ability to maintain high standard.

· Maintains restaurant at the level that meets or exceeds company standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

· Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to standards

· Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

· Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

· Utilizes labor effectively to meet budgeted labor targets.

· Assists with menu, recipe, and new product development.

· Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds and must have the stamina to work 50 or more hours per week.

· Work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 5 hours or more.

· Enforces all labor laws (federal, state and local).

· Follows procedures to maintain the safety and security of all employees, customers and company assets (building, cash, equipment, supplies).

· ServSafe certified. Upholds food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.

· Knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
