Job description
To assist all customers of Buddy’s Cannabis and fellow employees to the best of one's ability.
∙ Create an atmosphere of comfort and education
∙ Maintain a positive attitude and energy
∙ Facilitate customer transactions with inventory and cash accuracy in mind
∙ Stay educated on current laws and perform job functions accordingly
∙ Proper product knowledge at all times
***Open availability seven days a week is a must as we operate 365 days a year.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: From $16.28 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the right marijuana products
- Educate customers on different strains, effects, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product offerings
- Accurately process transactions using Greenbits
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products
Requirements:
- Strong technical sales skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and technology sales
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Knowledge of different marijuana strains, effects, and consumption methods (preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of marijuana products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.28 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
