- Open PO’s – Get Finalized
- Locating the Unit, visually inspecting for damage, notating if any, verifying the VIN# & MVA# and
- Updating Fleet Sales Administration throughout the day on finalized Units
- Composing email with the list of Finalized units and send to Fleet Team, cc Management
- If there are units that need to be addressed with repair, paint, etc. fill out a workorder and communicate with shop or vendor
- Adhering to the scheduling performed by Fleet Sales Administration or Fleet Dept. Management
- Keeping in contact with Transporters and adhering to Pick up scheduling by staging cars in a timely fashion
- Taking Plates off
- Trackers removed
- Perform vehicle inspection along with transporter and sign off on it as well as secure signature from the Driver
- Give extra keys if any
- Confirm with NewInbound Sheet that we are fulfilling a logged purchase order for the Make/Model in that month to insure we are meeting fulfillment and no more. Also confirming that the units are at the correct location
- Sign for and take new vehicles after inspecting them and notating any damage if any
- Remove window sticker after verifying delivery location, Vin# and add MVA# to vehicle and window sticker
- Fill out new Unit white envelopes completely and accurately and insert Key, tags and permits for vehicle and place in bin to be added to add sheet and wizard as well as Newinbound sheet
- Notify Lot Director for PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
- Transport units to smog check centers when required.
- Work with all other departments to help business run effectively and efficiently.
- Carry and maintain a positive attitude to ensure a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all departments.
- Must take mandatory scheduled lunch if working an 8-hour shift.
- Perform any other task management may ask upon you.
