The Registered Nurse RN MDS Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of residents, collecting relevant data, and accurately completing Minimum Data Set (MDS) forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate appropriate care planning. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, utilize their clinical expertise, and contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of residents. REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) MDS ASSESSOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 1 year minimum experience in MDS
• Must have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Must have active and unencumbered Registered Nurse ( RN ) License
