- Experience teaching multiple formats
- Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction through mastered verbal ques and visual demonstration
- Must be able to plan multiple and creative classes for constant variety for the members
- Able to understand the desires and needs of each class and modify accordingly
- Provide an appropriate atmosphere with music selection
- Maintain and grow class sizes to the expectations of the facility
- Have a true passion and energy for health and fitness
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Group Exercise Instructor National Certification, Aqua Instructor Certification
- Minimum of two years teaching experience
- Ability to train and motivate clients
- Work with supervisor and co workers to help grow clientele
- Provide a high level of customer service to our members
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and members
- Must be punctual. Begin and end all classes at their scheduled time
- Must be physically capable to train clients
