WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As our full-time R&D Manager - Research and Development Specialist, you lead a team of talented researchers and engineers, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and compliance. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assigning resources effectively and monitoring progress to keep projects on track. Your role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and fostering a culture of innovation. You have the opportunity to make a real impact on our product portfolio and drive our industry forward!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in e.g. engineering, IT, or food technology
• 5 years of R&D experience in mechanical, electrical, PLS software, software solutions, service, or technology
• Experience leading and managing development projects effectively within a matrix organization
• Knowledge of business administration, supply chain, and financial aspects
• Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office

Having agile methodology education and team management experience is preferred. Experience using systems such as MS Project, M-CAD, E-CAD, PDM, and Azure DevOps is a plus!
