Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Build a Bath. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and timely completion of projects, managing project budgets and schedules, and conducting project inspections.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Knowledge of expedited project delivery and expediting processes
- Strong skills in logistics management
- Experience in conducting project inspections
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Experience in the construction industry is required.
- Willing to get or already possesing a class c general contractors license helpful.
- knowledge of software like buildertrend and jobber or able to prove the ability to learn.
