We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Accounts Payable Liaison to join our dynamic team. The Accounts Payable Liaison will ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are made promptly. As the primary point of contact for all accounts payable inquiries, this role will involve collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues, reconcile accounts, and maintain efficient accounts payable processes. Responsibilities
Train and support co-sourcing team on systems for secure invoice processing
Process invoices, including coding for PO and non-PO, and handle bulk uploads, journals, and exceptions
Assist in processing vendor invoices with and without POs and in processing payments
Review invoices and purchase orders for approval, GL coding, and tax verification
Utilize AP matching module in Microsoft D365
Test D365 system upgrades and generate payments via various methods
Reconcile vendor statements and manage mail sorting
Handle Concur expense reporting and process expense reports
Required Qualifications
3-5 years in Accounts Payable
3-5 years supervising an Accounts Payable Team
High School Diploma
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Skilled communication
Current experience with Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of Microsoft D365
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree
Skilled in Excel
