We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Data Engineer will function as an expert on the data team, implementing data integration solutions within our Azure data space. This person will help to champion and solidify our methodologies used for our data storage and integrations into / out of our data lake while helping us to control costs within Azure. Collaboration and knowledge sharing with team members will help to accelerate our team's mastery and use of the technology, maximizing the team's effectiveness.
Responsibilities

• Designing Data Systems
• Develop data factory pipelines and/or data flows
• Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Code Review and Team Knowledge Sharing

Required Qualifications

• Azure Data Factory
• SQL/NoSQL
• Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Data Modeling
• Azure Data Lake Gen2

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands on experience designing, building, deploying and supporting data pipelines in a retail environment
• Expert level experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, enabling code promotion from Dev to QA to Prod
• Analytical skills are required to analyze and interpret data to ensure quality solutions are developed
