Chief Estimator - Special Projects
Tenant Improvement/Special Projects Director of Preconstruction
The Chief Estimator is responsible for all aspects of estimating the most complex Tenant Improvement (Retail, Restaurant, Office, Hospitality) and Special Projects (Seismic, Public Work, Healthcare, Life Science, Institutional) including preconstruction, hard bids, negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying abreast of industry developments applicable to estimating.
This person will plan, coordinate and direct the estimating functions, including administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary, and etc.
The Chief Estimator will develop and implement all department standards and procedures, and is responsible for the review of all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness from our Special Projects Division.
