Build Partners USA LLC is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Morrisville, PA

About: Well established General Contractor that specialises in ground up Commercial and Industrial Projects. Due to one of their Project Managers retiring, they are now looking to add in an experienced Project Manager to assist in the smooth running of projects across the region.

Job Description: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of industrial and commercial construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your primary goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budget status, and any emerging challenges.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in industrial and commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of managing projects up to $20 million in value from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
