We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, mechanical knowledge, and customer service. If you have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, carpeting, etc.
- Handle residential projects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment such as gates, locks, lights, etc.

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair or a related field
- Strong electrical skills including wiring and troubleshooting is a bonus.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Leadership skills to guide and supervise maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in English for effective communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
