What you’ll do as a Commercial Estimator: Manage the customer service from sale to completion, including project management. Identify prospective customers and proactively engage with leads to drive sales. Offer comprehensive product expertise to current and potential customers. Meet division expectations for the number of proposals and closing sales ratios. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor’s products. Conduct sales calls, provide proposals, generate leads and manage accounts efficiently. Participate in bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting, and project planning recognize on-site issues; review estimates, manage contracts, support production and field installers, and handle change orders and competitor analysis. What you need to succeed: (Requirements) You have a “Go-getter- attitude; you put in the effort needed to deliver profitable personal and business success. 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management Proficient use of On-Screen Takeoff Software and/or Quick Bid Software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail Strong Mathematics skills in order to manage project expenses and revenue. Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to clear pre-hire : background and drug screen Preferred – experience in Trades: Framing & Sheathing, Insulation, Firestopping, Fireproofing, Waterproofing, AVB, Waterproofing, Expansion Joints, Sealants, etc. Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience Preferred- Bilingual in English/Spanish Compensation: Base Commission Benefit Package TruTeam Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
