POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Data Analytics Intern to join our team of seasoned data and insurance professionals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone majoring in Risk Management or Management Information Systems to gain practical experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist Business Analysts with project requirements and functional analysis.
- Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to find improvement opportunities for business and technical functions.
- Work with Builders Business & IT professionals to document functional and technical process flows for Underwriting, Claims & Billing.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize and present data.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Major in Risk Management, Management Information Systems (“MIS”) or a math-centric liberal arts field of study
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Experience with SQL and other analytics tools is a bonus, but not required.
