Job Title : Training Coordinator

Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 Salary

The Job :

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs for employees across multiple departments.

What You Will Do :

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop appropriate training materials to address those gaps.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and training room set-up.
• Track and analyze training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and job aids.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and external vendors to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce training concepts and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.

Who You Are and What You Need :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of experience in training or coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations, as needed.
