Job Title: Painter/Laborer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of painting and labor work, including Interior Painting and Paint prep, Exterior Painting and Paint Prep, Occasional Interior/Exterior Demo work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Assist with construction site tasks as needed
- maintain a clean work environment
- Meet Deadlines
Requirements:
- Some experience as a Painter/Laborer or similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Familiarity with remodeling projects and maintenance person services is beneficial
