Responsibilities:
- Teacher will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Infants and Toddlers in the early childhood education program.
- Teacher will provide a safe and nurturing environment for Infants and Toddlers to learn and grow in early childhood education program.
- Teacher will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
- Teacher will assess and monitor individual Infants and Toddlers progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Teacher will collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement early childhood educational programs.
- Teacher will ensure the health and safety of students with knowledge of accident prevention and health policies, as well as the ability to interact fully with Infants and Toddlers.
- Teacher will supervise and participate in all activities with Infants and Toddlers, indoors and outdoors.
- Teacher will respects confidentiality of each Infants and Toddlers and their family.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education OR another related field at the Bachelor's level.
- Minimum two-years experience working with early childhood students in a professional, educational setting.
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in early childhood education.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of early childhood students.
