Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to work with homeowners and their builder and contractor customers.

Does this sound like you?

- An experienced designer, past experience with builder customers is a bonus, but not required.

- Believes that communication is critical to providing good customer service.

- Loves to stay aware of new trends in the Kitchen Design and Bath Design space.

- Ready to step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running as a Designer.

The experience we’re looking for:

- 3 Years of Kitchen and Bath Design Experience

- Experience with 20/20 is preferred, but not required.

- A strong customer service or sales orientation

What you'll get to do:

- You’ll be responsible for designing your clients kitchen, bath, or cabinetry projects.

- You’ll have the opportunity to develop strong long-term relationships with your builder and contractor customers by providing great designs and exceptional customer service for their repeat business.

- This isn’t a new business development focused role, you won’t be responsible for prospecting or cold calling.

- You’ll have the opportunity to control your earning with a strong commission plan that rewards strong customer service and designing efficiency and effectiveness.
