Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and scheduling construction projects, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating project schedules using construction management software
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
- Assist in estimating construction costs and resources required for projects
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve scheduling conflicts and delays

Experience:

- Prior experience or knowledge in construction estimating
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera, ProCore, Prolog, or similar tools
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project coordination and construction management processes
- Experience with software like HeavyBid and Bluebeam is a plus
