As a Lead Painter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and timely completion of our painting projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising a crew of painters in surface preparation, painting, and finishing tasks.
• Estimating project timelines and material needs.
• Ensuring all painting work adheres to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Inspecting completed work and addressing any necessary touch-ups.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Providing on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced painters.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a painter, with experience leading a crew preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in safety protocols and procedures related to painting activities.
