Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Litigation Attorney role located in Dallas, TX with Bullard, Brown, LLP. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in personal injury and insurance litigation cases.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Texas
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense and personal injury law
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate legal strategies to clients, courts and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent academic credentials are a plus
