Bullpen, on behalf of our client, a leader in commercial real estate development and investment focused on industrial and self-storage assets, is searching for a Project Manager based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Description

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Budget and Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
• Approve expenditures and manage project-related financial records.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience within commercial real estate project management
• Experience to general contracting or construction is a plus
