Reporting to the Sr. Director of Culture & Operations the Operations Assistant will communicate across all levels of BPI. This candidate will possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and a professional attitude when dealing with senior executives both inside and outside the company will be imperative to your success!
What the Day-to-Day Looks like
In this role, you’ll be responsible for administrative support to some of our leadership team by mastering the art of calendar Tetris, coordinating travel arrangements, and helping us see around corners. You’ll also provide support to our daily office operations by arranging team gatherings, managing facility operations, keeping spaces organized and stocking office supplies and snacks. You are a master of organization and have a demonstrated ability of managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic travel, processing expense reports and acting as a general liaison between team members and leadership. The role will additionally entail minor office management responsibilities.

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package for this role of $58,000k - $75,000k base salary with an annual discretionary bonus generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
