Job Description:

We are seeking a stellar, creative, passionate, and fun Graphic Designer. This person will work closely with the management team to assist with e-commerce operations and design engaging branding and social media content, as well as create packaging for new products. This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create fun and engaging branding materials and social media content.
  • Packaging Design: Develop creative packaging for new products.
  • E-commerce Fulfillment Support: Assist the e-commerce fulfillment team with processing online orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Administrative Management: Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about growing a startup.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Computer literate.
  • Knowledge of plants is a bonus but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Note: Potential for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance.
