Bumble is looking for a Director of Global Benefits, who will be responsible for the development of the overall employee benefit strategy, execution of the benefit and wellbeing program, including physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.

You will evolve and expand the existing benefits and wellbeing offering, partnering with colleagues across the People team and business. Bumble is growing fast, so the ideal candidate will be flexible and open to an evolving scope of work and have experience in managing international benefits across multiple geographies.

The role will be based either in the UK or around New York City and will report to the VP of Global Total Rewards in London.

What you’ll be doing

• You'll be responsible for the global strategic direction, planning, alignment, design and financial oversight of Bumble’s benefit and wellbeing strategy
• Collaborate with the other corporate functions, including the People, Finance and Legal teams, to manage risk to the company, understand legal implications to policy or design changes and oversight of regular audits, testing and government filings
• Develop engaging and informative communications designed to inform employees and management about company benefit plans and integrate with the broader Bumble initiatives
• Actively stay abreast of market practices, trends and requirements to ensure benefit offerings remain market competitive, sound financially, and legally compliant
• Work with consultants and third-party vendors to manage networks, coverage, services and costs
• Be accountable for overall benefits budget and manages all renewals and approvals for global benefit vendors
• Stay updated with Retirement programs in the UK and US

• Bachelor level degree in related field, with experience in leading a global benefits and wellbeing strategy
• You have a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of benefits policies, trends, laws, regulations and system tools and technologies in the US and UK
• Knowledge of multiple countries, specifically Spain, Germany, and Canada is a plus
• You have extensive experience with global benefits administration 
• You have strong familiarity with HRIS technology, ideally Workday
• You're able to see broad strategic HR issues and apply rewards/recommend alternative solutions
• You have strong collaboration skills in a complicated environment with multiple stakeholders
• You're skilled at building cross functional relationships with global partners
• You're able to operate at a strategic and technical level
