Overview:
This role will focus on designing, coordinating, and delivering initiatives in the area of Commercial Analytics. As Bunge focuses on continuous of our analytical capabilities, close to commercial decision making, this role will help to facilitate various projects to enable these efforts. The scope includes identifying the technologies, data requirements, and projects, with the goal of improving our analytical capabilities supporting commercial decision making and risk management across the agribusiness operations. This role will lead the development and build out of analytical capabilities and teams, including project management, product management, coordination and organization for each of the use-cases. Responsibilities include ensuring we deliver on our objectives, within scope/timeline/budget.
Essential Functions:

• Leadership of key commercial analytics projects
• Product ownership of Bunge Insights Terminal, lead and driving continued development and adoption
• Economic Research analytical systems integration (B V)
• Assess current analytical processes, tools/systems, data flows in both B & V
• Work closely with Research and BT teams to design vision for future state
• Develop plans and help the teams with execution of future state analytical infrastructure, data, and processes
• Use case pipeline and demanded management
• Idea generation and hypothesis testing
• Develop plans, budgets, overall proposals
• Liaison with commercial, research and BT stakeholders
• Build out proposal for on-desk quants to support ad-hoc and structured commercial decision making
• Be a leader for data-driven culture
• Expand the analytical capabilities and decision support tools for Commercial Agribusiness

Education/Experience:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
• 15 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in the agricultural, commodities, or food processing industry is highly desirable.
