**Description**

Monte Package Company, a division of Bunzl Distribution, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our location in Riverside, MI. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. They will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer.

***Responsibilities:***

* Entering and processing orders

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email

* Obtain freight quotes and prepare Bills of Lading

* Update Montes social media sites

* Price increase and item information maintenance

* Assist with Accounts Receivable

* Track incoming and outgoing loads

* Attend trade shows when required

* Take and pickup mail from post office

* Special projects as required

***Requirements:***

* High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' of customer service experience.

* Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.

* Excellent, detail-oriented customer service skills.

* Ability to speak both English and Spanish highly preferred
