We're searching for experienced General Managers to join our growing team!

Buona Restaurants is a Family-focused Chicago brand dedicated to the development of our teams, while serving the highest quality food and guest experience. We are looking for a General Manager to add to our growing leadership team.

As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect dining experience for our guests through leading and developing our team and using a variety of industry-leading tools to manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a AGM/GM role (QSR preferred)
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
• Familiar with and comfortable leading 10 team members per shift
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
