Regional Survey Manager

About Us:

Join our team as a Regional Survey Manager in Irvine, CA, where you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our surveying services across Southern California. We’re looking for a motivated individual to lead our survey team and drive business development efforts in the region.

Job Summary:

As a Regional Survey Manager, you’ll oversee the development and growth of our surveying team in Southern California. Reporting to the Director of the Survey Division, you’ll manage a team, maintain client relationships, and drive business development efforts to expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate survey work with clients, office staff, and field crews.
  • Develop proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for survey projects.
  • Manage survey projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Represent our company and clients in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, equipment vendors, and material suppliers.
  • Mentor and manage employees to maintain a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in business development is a plus.
