**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a dedicated HSE Lead to join our team. As the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment within our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide training and development programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.
- Prepare detailed reports on HSE performance, including incident statistics, compliance status, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are followed.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in standards and practices.
- Knowledge of and regulations.
- Experience in management systems.
- Familiarity with processes.
- Strong abilities in and delivery.
- Excellent skills for documenting findings and recommendations.
- Certification in procedures is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of and regulations.
- Proficient in conducting for incident investigations.
