JD:

• Understand the functionality of BPA, NSO, Matrix, Vitria, CNC and TAF tools

• Work with Network Operations team and development to populate the backlog

• Maintain a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes for Matrix, BPO, and NSO

• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations and assign features and stories to appropriate backlogs.

• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and features.

• Review and provide feedback on work delivered by the development team during sprint reviews and product demonstrations.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
