Oversee and maintain all restaurant operations, including maintaining competitive sales and profitability through the supervision of employees, upkeep of building, equipment and grounds, compliance with Burger King Corp and Company standards, policies and procedures.
Train and supervise crew to ensure a pleasant dining experience through consistent product quality and guest service in clean and pleasant surroundings.
Assign Job positions to crew members to meet speed of service standards, through enthusiastic, courteous and neat workers.
Supervise and coach employees to foster a team atmosphere. Respond professionally to employee and guest problems and resolve the issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
Must have 1 year minimum of verifiable management experience, be able to pass a thorough background check, and pass a drug test.
