owth opportunities.Key Responsibilities Include: · Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members. · Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment. · Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls. · Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
