Burger King is undergoing an exciting digital transformation. An essential part of this is our kiosk ordering experience and in-restaurant technology. We are hiring a Product Manager, Kiosks & In-store Tech, to lead our efforts on continual experience improvements, as well as program expansion. Reporting to the In-Store Technology Senior Product Manager, this role will be pivotal in managing the kiosk program roadmap and working closely with kiosk & technology vendors.
You will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of a roadmap while maintaining the Guest Experience at the center of all initiatives. You will demonstrate strategies backed by data & user research & communicate clear business cases for your projects. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations. You will also communicate with our technology providers and franchisees, to ensure the success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage User Experience on the kiosk
  • Collaborate in Guest Experience research
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, Guest needs, and valuable franchisee insights.
  • Utilize analytics dashboards to understand success & areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, connecting with Operations, Restaurant Technology, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Develop strategies to improve the experience of our In-store Guest, grounded in data, research & learnings from journey maps
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors
  • Contribute to franchisee committees, building relationships with franchisees and gathering valuable input on digital projects.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership, including our Brand President, and our franchise advisory board
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4 years of experience working on digital products & experiences, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or sciences
  • Ability to gather insights from data; SQL, Tableau, Amplitude or GA4
  • Vendor management, including selection and contract negotiations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems
